London, UK, May 8th, 2024: On May 3rd 2024, Cap10 Partners reached an agreement to partner with Compass Community (Compass), a leading UK provider of therapeutic fostering, residential and special education for children with high acuity and complex needs.
Cap10, together with the existing Compass Management, will acquire 100% of the business from the current majority shareholder, Graphite Capital. The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Compass has established a strong track record of working in partnership with Local Authorities and have consistently achieved market-leading OFSTED ratings across its services. Cap10 is committed to building upon this foundation, working closely with Compass to uphold and further enhance its exceptional standards of service delivery, through continued investment into quality management systems, staff training and physical care and education environments.
